Zirconia Copings

With a natural look and high translucent appearance, Zirconia has a more pleasing aesthetic appearance when compared to traditional metal substructures. Zirconia also is customizable to classic vita shades and solves the “Black Gum Line” problem caused by gum recession away from traditional metal dental implants. Often referred to as “White Steel”, Zirconia is as strong as or stronger than metal restorations with high fracture resistance. Zirconia is exceptionally tissue-friendly and, in most cases, is seen by the body as a natural material helping to minimize allergic reactions in your patient. Unlike metals, Zirconia reduces sensitivity to hot or cold temperature fluctuations in the mouth and is also corrosion-free to ensure long-lasting durability.

Bruxir Brand Crowns

BruxZir Solid Zirconia is indicated for crowns, bridges, implants, inlays and Onlays, screw-retained implant crowns, and full-arch implant prostheses. It is an esthetic alternative to PFM metal occlusal/lingual or full-cast restorations. The chip-proof durability of a BruxZir restoration is ideal for bruxers who have broken natural teeth or previous PFM restorations. BruxZir Solid Zirconia is also ideal when the patient lacks the preparation space for a PFM.

IPS e.max CAD unites modern processing technology with a high-performance material. The lithium disilicate glass-ceramic is manufactured in an innovative technological process, unique in the dental industry. The glass-ceramic is processed for the laboratory in a crystalline intermediate phase. In this “soft” state, the material exhibits its unusual “bluish” color and strength of approximately 160 MPa. In this “blue” phase, the restorations can be manually adjusted or cut back in a fast and efficient fashion. IPS e.max CAD acquires its final strength of 530 MPa and the desired esthetic characteristics, such as tooth color, translucency, and brightness, during a simple and quick crystallization process.
