Marketing Coordinator

Working hand-in-hand with our marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development of marketing creative including direct marketing (postcards and email), websites, social media, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Track and Coordinate client marketing projects
• Effectively communicate with Marketing Director, internal operations team, creative resources and clients daily
• Provide graphic design services utilizing the AmericaSmiles design process and materials
• Oversee development of email marketing and customer communication "journeys"
• Develop promotional materials 
• Manage project tracking tools to ensure all projects are completed on-time

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and following instructions a must
• Speak, read, and write English proficiently
• 1+ years of experience
• Familiarity with WordPress, MailChimp, Clickup, Google Drive
• Polished Communicate skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design tools
• Work within a team environment
• Manage time effectively

Compensation & Perks:
