Trusana 3D Premium Printing Resin: Ideal for your Most Demanding Indications
Join Kris Schermerhorn, CDT for a discussion on Trusana Premium 3D Printing Resin, an award-winning 3D printing resin from Myerson. Trusana is a next generation photopolymer formulated to 3D print premium denture teeth for use in making complete dentures, overdentures, or interim fixed complete dentures. Kris will take an in-depth look at handling Trusana in the lab from start to finish. He will explain why it is the ideal material for your most demanding indications, including All-On-X applications. Kris will educate you on Trusana and how its patented chemistry delivers a highly esthetic, unfilled polymer with the optimal amount of translucency to mimic natural teeth. You will learn about Trusana’s fracture toughness and wear resistance and its unique ability to maintain its flexural strength and modulus in the presence of water. Kris will also show Myerson’s new trujet mill that will allow for a one piece multi colored denture to be fabricated. Additionally, Kris will share his techniques and best practices to ensure you are successful when printing Trusana.
The second part of the presentation will be on digital design using exocad. I will cover designing dentures for print or milling as well as designing flexible partials to be milled with printed teeth. Kris will also go over the advantages Rolands new DC 53 mill has milling plastics fast and precise.
